BOM #2

Here's my LO for the BOM #2 at AMR. I already did a BOM from childhood so I decided to do a NOW-BOM. And I just noticed that both background pages don't match even though I used the same pp. Weird. Anyhow, I had a hard time with the journaling. Family kept coming in and I had a hard time concentrating, so I don't know if I'm completely happy with that part. But then, I'm always having a hard time when it comes to journaling.

This is a topic that I would really have to think about. And I would hate not being able to do more than 12. How do you put your lifes story into 12 LO's? What do you consider important in your life? Important enough that you only needed to do 12 LO's. So many memories as a child and growing up. Getting married, having children and grandchildren. So, what did you choose?

Day 13, Jessica Sprague's

Photo Editing Class: Frames & Special Effects. We learned about setting up a grid for pictures. I never knew how to do this technique, always did it individually. So, it was great to learn how to copy a row of squares, move the whole row as one to straighten and how to clip the pictures to the squares. I'm so glad I signed up for this class. I've learned so much during the past 13 days. Thank you Jessica Sprague!!!

Book About Me LO for All Moments Remembered. This kit I used, is a collaboration kit that I bought at DIGIDESIGNRESORT and its called Artist Tool Box. I love all the art goodies you get in this kit. Colored pencils, paint, brushes, artist palletes, ink, paint can, lovely papers, etc.

Will You Play With Me, is G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!! And I'm loving all the new prima yumminess. This LO will be used for the 2nd half of the Scraplift Challenge at All Moments Remembered (AMR) on the 16th. I love the composition of her LO's. Such a talented artist!! There's lots of PRIMA here, go drool over.
Here's mine take. I didn't include the pp layering. For some reason I just wanted it with less. So I layered the picture on itself. The picture is from Jessica Sprague's Photo Editing Class: Frames & Special Effects. The top picture I used a mask and the bottom pictures I used some textures, frame/mask. Jessica Sprague's Class, Day 6

Here the photo I did for day 6's lesson. Has class material and I used a textures, frame, brush & a mask. This class has shown me how to do or use things I didn't know about. I can't believe Jessica offered this class; Photo Editing: Frame-ups & Special Effects, for free. So sweet of her. And I'm very lucky to have signed up in time. Thank you, Jessica Sprague. Jessica Sprague's Class, Day 5/Textures

Yes, I skipped a day. LOL Took me awhile to get the textures on the picture. Couldn't figure out how to get the textures into the project bin...I'm on a iMac but I figured it out. Have to use save with pse to get into the project bin. Which is probably how you do it in a pc. I added her frame from the class and text from my computer, which of course I forgot to write down... I did something to the text because its really small, had to use 72 pt to get it this big. Textures are by Skeletal Mess

Adjustment layers and blending modes....Here's the picture I did from the lessons on day 3, vintage hand tinted. And we were supposed to add the bonus frame+brush+handtint. This picture is of my beautiful DD at her son's 7th bday party...Then another bonus was to add glowy stars. And the last bonus was to add stars by clicking and dragging....I did it all on one picture
