Here's a few items from QUEEN & CO.'S Cha release.    Queen & Co. are getting rid of the costly packaging with their new 2009 product line.  Their bringing out a line with bulk embellishments which allows consumers to pay for what they want most, scrapbooking products not fancy packaging..  

Their 2009 product release is overflowing with fabulous embellishments including, big brads, shaped brads, glitter brads, flocked brads, printed brads, sequin flowers, felt flowers, and ribbon buckles! Friday’s challenges will be posted by the challenge team on a rotating basis. Each winner will be announced on the following Friday. These challenges will sometimes include little mini tutorials that will make participating in the challenge a little easier or educational. 

The daily challenges are easy and doable! They will be challenges that you think...hey, I can do that!!!
The goal is you play along with the challenges M-TH...complete layouts...get them in your album....and maybe come out the other side of the year a QUEEN!(there will be 4 queens) Now keep in mind...you don't have to be the most amazing scrapper...you just have to nail the challenge(meaning-follow all the directions-that's it...that simple!). Winners will be chosen each week for the M-Th challenges by the challenge team. You will be crowned princess for that week. The person crowned princess most weeks in the year for each of the four challenges will be crowned QUEEN of that challenge at next year’s anniversary crop!

Princess honors:
Your layout will be placed in the flickr royal gallery, you will receive kudos in the winners thread, and you will be able to attend the weekly happy hour at headquarters with the “staff” wink wink wink, also...cutepumpkin is working on a blinkie for the princesses!

Here's what it means to be a Princess or Queen:
Queen honors:
You will be crowned during opening ceremonies at next year’s anniversary crop, you will receive a prize and a crown from AMR, you will receive a Queen blinkie (thanks to cutepumpkin!) and carry the title of queen through the next year where you will attempt to reign supreme!

New Card!

Here's a card I just made using the Crate Paper, Prudence Collection that I got at All Moments Remembered!  The girl on the beach is from an image swap at All Moments Remembered.  The inside of the card has a little bird bookmark that is a stamp from Scarlet Lime's kit club.  I also used  Glossy Accents by Ranger Ind. that I bought at the Ontario expo.

AMR-Heather's Scrapspace Challenge

I finally finished this LO.  Takes alot more time to complete a LO when you have a broken ankle and sitting up in bed across the room from your scrapspace.  Everything is from ALL MOMENTS REMEMBERED'S last kit, December 08.  The journaling says, I can scrap year round in my scrapspace.  Its where I go to create, spend time with my cyber family {AMR} and where I blurf to my friends blogs.  Its my place but I share with my DD & DGS's.  My GS's play noggin and other games on my computer, which also makes me happy.  My DH & I built my scraptable and I love rearranging everything to suit my needs.  You will find that I'd rather be creating than be watching television.  Everybody sing, "If your happy and you know it, clap your hands."              

Hello!

Hey everyone!!!  Did you know that the ALL MOMENTS REMEMBERED crop is today and tomorrow.  Sorry I'm late posting about it but my computer was wonkey and my leg has been hurting.    

There's lots of challenges and fun happening over at AMR.  And Stacey/AMR has some surprises that she'll announce during the crop.  We're celebrating AMR's 1st anniversary.  WHOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO  HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO ALL MOMENTS REMEMBERED!!

My Scrappy Christmas

My DS and DGF gave me this huge scrapbook kit for Christmas.  Has all kinds of yumminess to play with when I'm able to sit long enough to go through it.  Now I need to figure out how to store it all to keep it together.  Maybe some large zipper bags or a notebook with clear sleeves.  

I had a great Christmas even though I broke my leg.   My DD & her family got me the scrapbooking kit that has over 1,000 pieces.  Love the colors and it will be perfect for my DGS's this summer.  Has lots of tags, word strips, wordart and I love the soft colors.  She also gave me some pretty purple slippers, a stress ball, a key finder and some malt balls, which are almost all gone.

She cooked some yummy chocolate chip walnut cookies for me yesterday after I got home from getting my cast on.

I'm back!

Here's the beautiful flowers that my DH gave to me when he brought my medicene home after my surgery.

Such a sweetheart to think of me.  My DH and my DD have been helping me around the house.  Cooking for me, doing wash, getting my drinks and lifting my leg.  My DH has been very patient and caring during my whole leg ordeal.  This is what he put on my cast, Sorry I wasn't there to catch you.  I love you.    But, he did catch me when I fell backwards while using my crutches.  I lost my balance and down I went.   He started following me whenever I went somewhere in the house.  Thank you for being there, honey.  You are my world and I love you so much!

And here I am with my new PINK CAST!  I really wanted a black cast but they didn't carry that color.  Could you imagine the bling that you could add to black.  Would show up really good.  So, I guess this is my fashion statement...
