My darling daughter is in a baking class and here are some of the cakes she's made so far. She used to work in a grocery store bakery, so she knows how to make cakes from that but she wanted to go to a school to get her certificate. The more elaborate cakes she made without any teaching.
She's so talented and we're so proud of everything she's doing. And we're lucky enough to get some of the cakes to eat. YUMMY!!
Fraggle rock cake. Red is made from rice crispy treats and the Doozer is fondant. The clear pieces are candy and are the buildings that the Doozer's build and the Fraggles eat.

The M & M cake was made for my sister n law. Everything is cake, except for the arms & legs {fondant} and flat pcs. which are made from chocolate
