Building The Swing Set For J

Journaling:  The swing set that Mema put together with Mommies help.  Poppy and Mema gave the swing set to J for his 5th birthday.  It was hot and the first time I've ever built a swing set but  seeing J play on it was priceless.

This was fun to create.  First time using crackle paint, rubbed ink over the top to highlight the cracks and I love the effect.  I've used a mask with paint but this time I used ink and I think it looks better, softer.

I've been trying for the last 10 minutes to post a digital LO that I just finished.....If it won't post in a few minutes, I'll post when I get back from the store....This digi kit is from Syndee Nuckles at ScrapGirls (in my sidebar).. They have a great digi club...

I love being on the MB at All Moments Remembered.... BUT... It's so addictive I have a hard time staying away so I can scrap.... So, I'm off the MB till later tonight and hopefully I'll have a few LO's to post.......

Don't forget that All Moments Remembered is having a crop on April 5th and they'll be revealing the April Kit...... I can't wait to see what Heather came up with this time....She is the best at putting a kit together....  If you want one of AMR's kits, I suggest you get a 3 or 6 month subscription to insure you get a kit before they sell out... They go so fast.....Hope to see everyone at the crop.......Oh, and chat hour is on Thursdays..........
